How do I get access to the space?

Register online — it takes about two minutes. Enter your name, your dog's name, email, and phone number. Verify your email and you'll receive a unique code that unlocks the front door. Show up whenever you need us, scan, and you're in. No front desk. No waiting. No small talk.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Nope. Register once and show up whenever you need us. We're open 8AM–8PM, seven days a week. Your schedule, your call.

What's included in the wash bays?

Each bay has an integrated water hose with built-in shampoo, conditioner, and flea & tick treatment — all dispensed directly from the hose. There's also a blow dryer at each bay. Everything you need is already there. Just bring the dog.

Is my dog too big? Too small?

Neither. Our stainless steel bays are built to handle dogs of all sizes — from a very indignant Chihuahua to a Great Dane who discovered a pond. If your dog has four legs and needs a bath, we've got room.

How does pricing work?

You buy time. Quick Rinse is 5 min for $8, Small But Mighty is 10 min for $17, The Full Wash is 15 min for $23, and The Deluxe is 20 min for $29.

How do I pay?

At the bay, when you're ready. Each wash station has a tap-to-pay terminal that accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. No cash needed.

Can I bring multiple dogs?

Yes. You can run them through one at a time in a single bay, or if a friend tags along, you can use both bays simultaneously. We're not here to judge how many dogs you own. We're just here to help you wash all of them.

Boop is self-service, so you're in charge of the wash — which is kind of the whole point. The bays are intuitive and built to be easy. If you have questions before your first visit, reach out through our contact page and we'll walk you through it.

No — and that's intentional. We're not here to replace your groomer. We're here for every muddy Tuesday, post-hike Friday, and 'what is that smell' Sunday in between grooming appointments. Quick, professional, self-service. That's Boop.
